Brendan...first bath and trip to Mt. Charleston

Now for my favorite pictures of Brendan up to 3 weeks old. He was SUCH a good baby! He hardly ever cried. He'd just say "ah..ah...ah..ah..ah..." very quietly when he was hungry. He figured out nursing right away, thank goodness. (I'd been stressed about that.) He never let mommy sleep though...he was on a 3 hour cycle...eat for 1 1/2 hours, sleep for 1 1/2 hours and be up, ready to eat again. I didn't sleep for two months and thought I was losing my mind. But it was soooo worth it.

On our way to the first dr appt after leaving the hospital! He was on his way to get circumsized. Ouch! That was harder on mom though, methinks. This face looks like my dad I think. My dad makes this face. :)

His first bath! Grandma Karen gave him his first bath in the baby bath when he was 3 weeks old. He didn't like it too much at first...LOL

So he got Gma back! We caught this pict midstream...ha ha ha...he'll hate me for this one later. :)

He started to like the water after a couple of minutes...Grandma was so good he calmed right down! She's a baby whisperer. :)

After the bath he was 'talking' to mommy. :) I LOVE this picture! One of my favs...

When Grandma Karen was here we went up to Mt. Charleston! Brendan's first trip to the mountains when he was 3 weeks old! It was cooooold.... Our first family photo since the hospital!
